A Military Funeral from 1916.  

My Great-Grandfather, Albert Pearson, was killed in Action in 1916 during the First World War. He was Thirty-Four years old. The photographs show his funeral procession which took place at Odsal Top. He was given full Military Honours. Which, of course wasn't much comfort to my Great Grandma Pearson.

Those that survived said those that had died were heroes but the wives of the dead insisted instead they were fools.
